‘ray’ concrete side table

periphere is a montreal based design studio which creates contemporary handcrafted furniture. they
demonstrated their belief in small-scale production with the launch of their new 2008 collection earlier this month
in new york at the ICFF. the collection was created around the theme of ‘the future’, displaying their search for
new forms. the five pieces in the new collection are all manufactured in small local workshops on an individual
basis.

where they should feel ashamed to call themselves a designer!!!

zaha hadid's "glacier" bench resembles the periphere "canyon" as much as a tennis ball resembles a basketball. Come on, ripping off or copying is not the same as building onto a great idea/invention. Every designer does that.
