2008 european design awards


‘ultrasilencer special edition’ packaging design by bvd, sweden

last month, the european design awards took place in stockholm sweden as part of european design week.
the event and awards focus on the best in graphic and communication design in the continent of europe.
prizes are awarded in many categories ranging from brand logo to original typeface. of particular note,
the best agency award went to beetroot design group from greece and the jury prize went to angie rattay
from austria for her ‘planet earth - directions for use’ project that was shortlisted in designboom’s ‘love your
earth’ poster design competition.
