‘atmospherics’ an exhibition featuring architect hani rashid’s black resin vases is on display in new york. the vases are part of a design collaboration between rashid’s asymptote firm and belgium company materialise.MGX. the vases were created using the. MGX rapid prototyping technology, they feature perforated surfaces and swirls. through these designs it shows how the technology can be used artistically. ‘atmospherics’ is on display until june 28th at phillips de pury & company, new york.
