'patchwork series' by amy hunting

you've heard of patchwork for quilts, but have you heard of patchwork for wood?
amy hunting a furniture designer and illustrator based in london has created furniture known
as the 'patchwork series'. the series consist of lamps, chairs and a book box. each of the
products were produced using wood off cuts that were collected from factories around denmark.
the lamps were cut out of large solid blocks of wood and made from small off cuts. there are 12
lamps in the collection and each can be stacked on top of one another. the book box has built in
book stands and can be used for different size books. all of the products are made entirely from
wood and do not use any bolts or screws.
