stanley ruiz recently exhibited his ‘growth collection’ at the new york gift fair’s a+: young designers platform.
with his latest project, ruiz has artfully integrated manzanita twigs with ceramic vases. the collection was
inspired by his time working in southeast asia which was previously featured on designboom. in the project
ruiz design pieces and led a group of local craftsmen who produced home accessories for north american
and european markets. ruiz was also a participant in this year’s designboom mart new york, where he
featured the similar line of jewellery and accessories: the ‘twig collection’.
