yesterday the victoria and albert museum in london bought the original artwork of the rolling stones’ iconic red lips and tongue logo at auction. the V&A paid 92,500 USD for the logo after it was put up for sale by british designer john pasche, who designed it in 1970 while he was still a student at the royal college of art – he was paid 50 GBP.
