illustrators chrissie abbott & melvin galapon adorn benches by max lamb

last week we took a look at the first ‘nike sportswear presents’ event at the company’s 1948 pop-up
store, where designer max lamb built two sport benches. later in the week illustrators chrissie abbott
and melvin galapon came into the shop to each adorn one of lamb’s benches. abbott combined a broad
colourful paint treatment with ink drawings and galapon used a variety of tapes in all colours and
thicknesses. more photos can be found through ycn at flickr.
