UK designer tom price's work was featured at the 'from now to eternity' exhibition and tent london,
during the london design festival. for the 'from now to eternity' exhibition price created the 'meltdown fleece'
chair series, made solely from discarded polyester fleece clothing. the seat area of the chair was created
by placing layers of polyester clothing onto a hot steel seat- shaped former. price along with seven other
designers were commissioned by arts consultancy arts co to create pieces solely made from plastic
for the exhibition.

at tent london he displayed his 'meltdown' series of chairs made from various materials
which included nylon cable ties, rope, polypropolene sheets and tubes and pvc hose.
all chairs were produced using the same heat forming technique.
