'vase family, 1st generation' series

UK designer simon hasan designed a collection of vases and stools made from leather.
using techniques developed for english drinking vessels in the 17th century he created
his 'vase family, 1st generation' series. the unusual vases are one off pieces that are
spray painted with resin. for his 'twist' stools he boiled and stretched the leather. his work
was on display at the mint shop, london as part of the festival.
