'the brunch' products celebrating the mundane

‘the brunch’ a series of post-functional products
ivo vos is a dutch born interaction designer who graduated from the royal college of art in london earlier
this year. ‘the brunch’ is a collection of objects designed by vos to celebrate the mundane. the set of
consumer products used to cook and eat a brunch are each specially designed in surprising ways.
the toaster allows the user to set the angle and force with which it ejects the toast, launching it onto
the plate hen ready. the bread slicer cuts perfect uniform slices every time and the cutlery matches
the placemat exactly when aligned correctly. a tea set is also included, however this set allows an
exact measurement of milk and sugar and allows pouring from heights.
