tokyo design week 08 preview: shin azumi
'dressing café table'
designer shin azumi has designed a series of furniture for aishin sieki co., ltd's bed
and bedding brand 'asleep', which is to be launched at tokyo design week. azumi's collection
of twelve pieces is called '24 / 7' and illustrates a new way of looking at the bedroom.
each piece of furniture is meant to challenge the concept of the bedroom, questioning whether
or not the space can act as more than just a place where we sleep at night.
