‘flaqué table’ by luís porém



barcelona designer luís porém has given us a look at his most recent project which he designed for his friend.
the table is titled the ‘flaqué table’ after porém’s friend maria flaqué. the table is supported by three legs.
one combines two together with a cross brace, while the second is a single pillar and the third is x-shaped.
the x-shaped leg is designed so that is pokes through to the tables surface. the intention was to create an
‘x marks the spot’ design on the dark wood surface of the table top.
