‘babel’ by fredrik mattsson



swedish designer fredrick mattson has released the ‘babel’ series of tables made by bla station. the tables
are made from bent plywood rings covered in birch veneer that are capped with lacquered tabletops.
the base is comprised of steel and comes in black and chrome. each ring is 95mm tall and depending on
how many rings are stacked, the table can be made in a variety of heights. the rings come in a variety of
colour gradients ranging from black and white to red or green.
