‘time tuner’ by antrepo design industry



istambul based design studio antrepo design industry has created the ‘time tuner’ alarm clock. while the dial
on the front of the device may look like an old fashioned radio tuner, it is actually a clock represented on a
linear plane. instead of a radio the device has a built in mp3 player. this trick of the eye is a odd way to reuse
an old display system for a new means, the clock comes in white, black and metal finishes and runs on
batteries or plugs in.

Interesting concept, but it only displays 11 hours.

What about the hour between 12:00 and 1:00?

Minu Tuner is a minute edition of Time tuner. Same style, same base of design but more colourful touch and more digitalized.

There's a big difference between drawing an imaginary product and actually building a working product. Good luck with this one - I don't know of any display technology that will perform as needed in the space available. Especially on batteries!
