this exhibition of new work by matali crasset was commissioned by rabih hage and involves a system of rituals
involved with objects. the work continues with crasset's interest in exploring objects and how we have
relationships with things that surround us, and in turn, how they affect our behaviour.

“the object isn’t the central focus of the creative process, neither the final product. it’s one possibility
amongst many, chosen at a decisive moment within a greater system of thought and ideas – a system which I
leave behind and from which I develop a new kind of logic.” - matali crasset
