world's robot population rising

honda's new ASIMO is one of the most recent additions to the robot population debuting last month in malaysia
it has been calculated that approximately one million industrial robots are living amongst us.
the top three countries for robot density are located in asia, with japan being the most heavily populated country
of these electronic beings. it has 295 robots for every 10 000 manufacturing workers.
however, it is europe which wins the regional title as the centre for global automation.
