officeoriginair is the design partnership between ivan kasner and uli budde, based in he netherlands.
the two designers began collaborating in 2006 and have worked on a variety of product and interior
projects. the team was shortlisted in designboom’s ‘beyond silver competition’ for their grape bowl
design. some of their recent projects have been designed for the dutch tableware company royal vkb.
the first is ‘iced caraffe’ a small container which  is designed to be filled with a small amount of water
and then frozen. once the water turns to ice, the carafe is filled to the top so the ice can cool the water.
the other project is ‘herb garden’ a small indoor planter that can be used to grow herbs or keep
purchased ones fresh. the garden also has a small pocket with scissors so just the right amount of herbs
can be cut.
