'imagination walks' exhibition design by nendo for camper

japanese studio nendo recently designed an exhibition display for spanish footwear
company camper at the bread and butter tradeshow in barcelona.

the collection’s theme was 'imagination walks', referring to the way that each pair
of shoes has its own story. nendo decided to express the theme with an exhibit that
seemed to be built entirely out of books, the symbol of narrative and creativity.
demarcated by bookshelves, and full 'stacks of books' for stands and stools,
the exhibition space became a virtual library of footwear stories.
