‘marshmallow’ chair

daniel lorch is a berlin-based designer who specializes in graphic design and furniture. lorch works more
with graphics but his furniture pieces include a series of chairs, a trestle system and a table. ‘marshmallow’
is an armchair that is comprised of a steel frame and a large block of foam that is fit into the frame to give
the chair its form. other designs include the ‘sinus’ trestles, that update the traditional table support with a
single bent steel piece available in a variety of colours and the ‘rundtisch’ side table which can be used with
the base upside down or right side up.
