‘gina’ by de-signum studio lab for tronconi

italian lighting maker tronconi and its parent company kundalini will be showcasing a number of new
designs at the euroluce lighting fair during milan design week 2009. tronconi will be featuring the
‘gina’ lighting series designed by de-signum studio lab. the series features a floor and suspension lamp
that both feature a metal structure covered in an elastic technical fabric. tronconi’s parent company,
kundalini will be displaying the ‘pixel’ lamp by bakery group and ‘homology lamp by giorgio gurioli.
‘pixel’ is a mounted light which can be used on the wall or ceiling and diffuses light through a moulded
polyethylene shade with a pixel-like design. ‘homology’ is a zig-zag floor lamp that is made from
polyurethane with a steel core. the shade continues from the structure in plexi-glass and the stainless
steel base is laser cut. all the design will be on show at euroluce from april 22-27.
