hihi haha dutch design.
pff to me after the jokes wear off, the design is rather dull and unatractive...am I the only one that thinks so?
the tricks demonstrated above :
-1 and 1 is a new product
-make something in a material that is not meant for that function and it will get its own character
-and make something in the shape of something else that has something to do with the subject..
so this has been the contribution of duch design to the world of design?
come on designers
this is 2009, not 1999 when these tricks were the hot topic applied..we want new shapes and forms..products...functions ..when were you last amazed when you saw a product..amazed and not just had to chuckle..

the yoga chairs and the sugar crystal necklace made me smile :)

the yoga chairs made me laugh:) i'm not sure how you use the wooden or the marble one, though. Sure, you can perk on them... but is that it? the bird house with the solar panels is fun, too. My personal favoutite - bookkast. Simple, stylish, timeless. Good job:)
