pentagram: saks fith avenue's third floor identity

pentagram designed the brand identity for the newly renovated third floor at asks fifth avenue, new york.
a number three is made from the names of the 49 designers whose collections are sold on the floor.
these images show how the identity was applied to invitations for the opening party.

the invite unfolds in squares to reveal a poster of the new identity.

the designer names are rendered in the novia typeface.
