vandasye: 'our new apartment' collection - table and chair

'our new apartment' chair by vandasye

the collection 'our new apartment' by austrian studio vandasye is a radical assemblage
of prefabricated components (standardized wood and plywood from local builders
merchants) and selective laser sintered polyamide parts.

the self-engineered polyamide parts and the semi-finished materials enhance a clarity
of purpose wholly dedicated to usage and explore a very simple constructive logic based
on analogies, function and material.

snap! you laser sinted that backrest.. you could have done any crazy confortable shape, entirely independent of manufacturing requirements, and thats the shape you landed on. haha.
