nynke boelens: all the things I keep inside

the cupboard filled with just the 'right amount' of object
'all the things I keep inside', is a cupboard designed by nynke boelens which addresses this issue
of over-collecting and keeping too much. the piece consists of 480 parts which are all inter-connected
with elastic cord, making it flexible. the cupboard grows according to the amount of objects
you put inside it, therefore no longer defining the exact number of things you can keep.
the piece is on show now at the strijp-s in eindhoven, as part of dutch design week.
