blowing glass
during this year’s design miami 09, gallery r’pure will present glassworks by french designer françois azambourg. the work is a result of research on glass surfaces that azambourg completed with the CIAV, the experimental glass center in meisenthal, france. on show are his different experimentations, creations and prototypes – a kind of ‘work in progress’, including the failures.
