ecology is a broad discipline. the greek 'oikos', where ecology is derived from, means 'the home',
the place where we live. the microcosmos of our kitchen is a good place to start in investigating
our habits and relationship with nature.
consideration for the environment is becoming an increasing
priority for today's architects, designers, engineers and consumers as demand for eco-friendly products
continues to rise. over three-quarters of all adult consumers say that they pay attention to a company's
environmental reputation before buying its products and services. two-thirds way they recycle their waste.
we all aim to reduce our electricity bills and collaborate to make our air water cleaner...
the designboom curated show is intended to provide insight, the latest solutions in design development
and a collection of recipes for you to experiment with.

it was one of the most popular exhibitions within the festival, visitors of all ages and cultural background came to see the show

moneta ceramica® pan
this is the future of coating: ceramics. it resists high temperatures, scratches and
doesn’t peel off like teflon® used for today’s cookware.
a signal on the handle indicates when 140°C is reached, and permits the user to lower
the temperature and therefore use less energy.
