PEGA: new projects

PEGA design and engineering has sent us an exclusive look at some of their new projects including a
translucent laptop and inflatable lamp. PEGA is perhaps best known has the design department of pegatron,
a division of asus. they create interactive products that explore new directions in the relationship between
people and technology. ‘pumplight’ is a small desk lamp that uses a pump instead of a switch to adjust the
light. the user squeezes the pump which increases the light while also inflating the balloon. to turn off the
light, open the air valve and let all the air out. their other new product is ‘hyaline’ a translucent laptop that
aims to integrate elements of relaxation. the screen of the computer appears to float and allows let to shine
through. the design also has a number of technical features that help reduce stress including the ability to
detect wireless networks without having to turn the machine on.

That's what I call the advance technology. Thanks for sharing this information with us. And is it really true that the balloon is replacable??

It's very cool ! I have already seen some translucent mobile phones. Will need to see reviews of how these laptops help reduce stress !
