trompe l'oeil sticker

the trompe l'oeil stickers, a series of black and white photos, show three doors  -
'atypically french', 'typically french' and 'typically haussmanien'.
printed in real size on adhesive fabric.
the maison margiela has created a style concept with its collections that was rapidly visible
also through the environment of the brand, its showrooms and show installations.
the unique identity of the maison was clearly recognisable with signature elements like the
use of whites, and ‘trompe-l’oeils’, diversion, mix of styles and époque, and hints of humor
creating a unique atmosphere and ambience.
