'tufted pigs' by yvonne fehling & jennie peiz
'still lives'

for their presentation at salone satellite 2010, german-based designers,
yvonne fehling and jennie peiz are showing 'still lives', a collection of objects
for the domestic space. the series includes three life-sized pigs - ranging in size from
piglet to adult - with a tufted finish, which can be used as stools.

For my first thoughts on this, for a start, they could have even done all this in a more 'alive' version, I mean, those pigs seem very objective and not alive. For instance this sow should better ‘gaily lie in mud’ (I mean there are no dramatics in the postures).
But anyway they do very good work!
