kevin cyr camper kart and bike on show
'camper kart'
in continuation of our coverage of artist kevin cyr and his 'camper' series, both
the kart and bike design by cyr is currently on presentation for 'pignon sur rue' at
la maison folie de wazemmes in lille, france from april 2-june 6, 2010.
'camper kart' is a pop up camper constructed out of shopping carts. the project is an
investigation into habitats and house, recycling and ecology and finally, exploration

'camper bike'
'camper bike', coined as a functioning sculptural piece is made up of a camper supported
on top of a modified bike frame. with all amenities neatly compacted inside the camper,
this mobile unit allow users to move from place to place with the added convenience of
