'venice' chair

german designer konstantin grcic's 'venice' chair for magis comes five years after his 'chair_one'
was presented by the italian manufacturing company. on the occasion of milan design week 2010,
grcic embarked on designing another die cast aluminum chair for the company. though the technology
is almost identical to its predecessor, 'venice' is designed with softer, more fluid lines, evident in its
meticulously shaped seat-cum-armrest. the chair's textile backrest punctuates its overall typology
by offering the product additional play with color and materials. 'venice's' convenient design allows it
to be stacked and applied for indoor and outdoor use.
