french born, tokyo based architect emmanuelle moureaux has designed the new sugamo shinkin bank,
tokiwadai branch. the bank which opened last week is three storeys high that consists of window
of varying size.  made from steel the facade is punctured with holes that form a tree pattern,
when viewed up close. the interior design is based around the theme of a 'leaf'. ATM's are placed
along a wall each painted with brightly colored leaves.
