on the street level, three garage entrances dominate the reinforced concrete elevation.
a set of single-car parks flank the entrance and are set back deep into the layout of the house.
another sheltered garage large enough for two vehicles sit on the south end of the design,
providing easy access and exit to the road. partially finished in structural glass, the smaller
garages provide views of the cars to the inhabitants and become focal points for
the ground level living room.

the second-storey volume hosts the majority of the domestic programs, including the dining,
living, and kitchen as well as the bedroom and children's rooms. u-shaped in its arrangement,
the layout lines around a central courtyard that serves as the main source of natural light for
the house. sliding glass partitions allow the courtyard to be fully integrated into the interior space.
housed under three low-lying vaults, the design establishes a continuous and rhythmic language
throughout the dwelling.
