london-based zaha hadid architects has created ‘aqua’, an installation at the dover street market which will remain on display during the london 2012 olympic and paralympic games. viewed through the shop window, the site-specific piece distills the fluid geometries found within her london aquatic centre. suspended from the ceiling, individual curving sections are layered parallel to each other to collectively express the wave-like form.
