‘fudge pop-up hair salon’ by zaha hadid

‘fudge pop-up hair salon’ is a space designed by zaha hadid in collaboration with the fudge hair brand in celebration of london fashion week and the london design festival (LDF). each work station is positioned in the middle of the floor – unlike typical hair salons where they are situated along the wall – defined by bold polygonal outlines that add a graphic element to the predominantly black and white space. the temporary shop is open until september 21st, with appointments by invitation only – although the public is welcome to view the space – and is located inside the 4,800 square foot zaha hadid design gallery where pieces by the firm are being exhibited as part of LDF.
