contrasts, about revealing references, diversities, interferences with nature, a distant dialogue with saint-cloud
hillside. the intention is for people to feel that the space that they live or work in is different from their neighbor's
place - the people who use this building are not numbers.' - JN





hines france has made an application for the building permit for the C1 project. this building of great height situated
in the heart of the new quarters currently being developed on the former renault factory site at boulogne-billancourt,
contains about 40 000m2 of offices and shops. construction should start in july this year.
