zaha hadid chosen for guggenheim in lithuania

the architecture design competition for the new solomon r. guggenheim museum in vilnius, lithuania has
been awarded to british architect zaha hadid. hadid beat out fellow front-runners daniel libeskind and
massimiliano fuksas after thorough deliberation. she has previous submitted proposal for the
guggenheim in taichung, taiwan.

Is it just me that thinks her lines and use of round corners ect. is just an old-fashion romantic take on futuristic architecture?
...I think you're just being cynical about Zaha Hadid, take another look at her works more properly with a positive frame of mind...it's more than just a mere futuristic form and rounded edges.
