'iceberg project' by julien de smedt architects



julien de smedt architects and CEBRA in collaboration with search and louis paillard recently won an architectural
competition to build a new housing complex in aarhus, denmark's second largest city. the mixed use complex will
be home to residences as well as offices and social facilities. 'the iceberg project' gets its name from the unique
peaks and canyons created by the various buildings. the designers came to this design by the demands of the
project's density requirements. the final project is set to be finished by 2010.
