the mueso de arte contemporáneo de monterrey presents inTENtions,

an exhibition of thirty-five projects by the firm of mexican architect enrique norten.

from the initial idea to the ribbon-cutting, the works are presented through maquettes,

photographs, plans, renderings, vectors and videos of the processes and variations
the firm goes through with each new project.

architecture, being an endeavor of human creativity, has made a place for itself

within contemporary art by its use of forms and materials in a search to satisfy the
senses beyond a mere shelter.

TEN arquitectos, the firm founded by norten in 1986, characterizes itself by favoring

modernity and at the same time making use of tradition, in both small-scale projects
such as furniture designs to entire living, commercial and urban spaces.
