architecture for humanity awarded cooper-hewitt's 2008 design patron honour



architecture for humanity has bee selected as the design patron for the 2008 national design awards
(smithsonian's cooper-hewitt national design museum). co-founders cameron sinclair and kate stohr
will be honoured at the gala ceremony on october 23rd. designboom covered the main award
categories back when they were announced in may. the design patron honour ‘recognizes outstanding
support and patronage within the design community’ and is selected by the director of the smithsonian's
cooper-hewitt, national design museum, paul warwick thompson.
