venice architecture biennale 08: 'profoster' by boris bernaskoni

the ‘profoster show’ by boris bernaskoni and etienne richard is located in the central alley, leading to the italian pavilion at this year’s venice architecture biennale. the show is about a social conflict, with the resolution presented in the book ‘interface / profoster’, which was distributed during the show’s opening. the content of the book includes extracts from the press regarding lord norman foster’s project for ‘inteco’, the opinion’s of experts, an open letter to the russian prime minister vladimir putin as well as providing an alternative project for the international cultural center which is located on the disputed territory. while people entered the show, bernaskoni was present to take their portraits in front of his work.
