EDITT tower singapore by TR hamzah & yeang
the EDITT tower, singapore has been designed by architects T R hamzah & yeang. the building
was created to revitalize an urban, non organic site where the natural ecosystem was completely
destroyed. designed for retail exhibition and auditorium use the building features planted facades
and vegetated terraces. other ecological features of the building is that it has a rainwater collection
system where over 55% of grey water can be reused and sewage waste can be recycled to create
compost and bio gas fuel. through a system of solar panels the EDITT tower will achieve an energy
self sufficiency of 40%.
