artist richard artschwager’s new exhibit at david nolan gallery features work mounted inside the gallery
and a special project on the exterior. the artist teamed up with studiomda to design a permanent faced
in conjunction with the gallery’s new location in chelsea. the façade’s design makes use of a strong
cadmium yellow that is a signature for artschwager. the design makes use of glass metal and wood.
the transoms over the windows and doorways all use mirrored glass, another signature element in
artschwager’s artwork.
