'groninger forum'

in 2007 dutch firm NL architects won the award to design the groninger forum in the netherlands.
the cultural center will consist of a cinema complex, a public library, a public square and the existing
groningen museum. at the end of november their preliminary design was approved by the local council.
their final design plans will be released in early 2009.
