smiljan radic clarke is the architects behind this modernist house in the chilean countryside. the home
was built around the large walnut trees of the property, integrating them into the design. a courtyard was
created by a wall on one side of the home, which faces a wall of windows that open up the interior to the
outside. the long interior was one open concept room with a kitchen, dinning area and living room.
this space can be divided up into smaller sections with partitions. the second row of interior space is
devoted to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
