located in harajuku, tokyo is 'flatflat', a store designed by japanese architectural firm sako architects.
occupying a narrow space of 3.5 meters by 45 meters long, the store allows visitors to experience
hangame, an online games portal, and hange.jp a games portal for mobiles developed by NHN japan
corporation.

the concept is based on the idea of 'the future park', where virtual elements are combined with real space.
its space age design consists of curved cave forms, white walls and neon tube lights. colors of orange
and yellow are also included to create a sense of warmth. the curved neon lights were intended to stimulate
curiosity of visitors and lead them to the inner part of the narrow space.
