despite its small scale and tucked away location the residence houses a family of five and two pets.
the bottom floor houses a small parking pad and all the bedrooms. above, the main living small sits a
bove the nearby garages overlooking the city with a wide panorama. at the back of the house, the
architects managed to make use of the tiny outdoor space by adding an outdoor shower, bathtub and
fireplace. the home’s smart space use earned it a city of toronto architecture and urban design award.
