back in january we gave you a preview of the exhibition patterns of speculation: j. mayer h.
at the san fransisco museum of modern art. now that the exhibit has been open for a month we
thought we would revisit the show and show you inside. the main feature of the exhibit is the 
full-scale environment designed by j. mayer h. the design features seating elements that contain
video monitors and projectors imposing data protection patterns as supergraphics. the monitors
show animated data patterns, while the studio’s work is project on the walls and ceiling’s of the
gallery. to complement the visuals, a sound installation will be included which translates the
visual patterns into sonic ones.
