located in the caribbean is the isle of dellis cay. the mandarin oriental residences
project is currently being constructed on the island.

japanese architect kengo kuma has designed a 30 000 square foot spa for the project,
that will offer a wide range of approaches including shiatsu, ayurveda, reflexology,
thai massage and tui na.

situtated by a lake surrounded by nationally protected mangrove trees, it will share
the same holistic philosophy as other mandarin oriental spas, devoted to the restoration
and renewal of body, mind and soul. the building will consist of seventeen private
treatment rooms and is expected to be completed in mid 2010.
