chinese firm studio pei zhu has won the competition to design an office building in ningbo, china
the ‘skybond’ tower is located in the new city center of ningbo next to the main canal. the natural twist is a reaction to the different edges of the site and the various view corridors into and from the site. the uniform skin creates soft reflections of the surrounding city and sky.
